How we handle the details you send us through this website.
Who we are
Maydena Technology Pty Ltd ("we") builds and supports fp one, software for Australian financial-advice practices. We are not an Australian financial services licensee and do not provide financial product advice.
What we collect
Only what you enter in our form when you join the waiting list or ask a question: your name, work email and phone if you give it; your practice name and the number of advisers; whether the practice is self-licensed or the name of its licensee or dealer group; which way into fp one interests you; the software you run today and your practice's software spend, if you tell us; and your message.
Why we collect it
To contact you about fp one early access, to answer your question, and to plan how early access is offered. If you join the waiting list we will email you about fp one; you can unsubscribe from any email, and we keep a record of your consent and its date. If you only ask a question, we use your details only to answer it.
Where it goes
Your form is sent by a service hosted in Australia to the Microsoft 365 mailbox of Maydena Technology's director. It is not stored on this website. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your details, and we keep them only for as long as we need them for the purposes above.
Access, correction and complaints
To see what we hold about you, correct it or ask us to delete it, use Ask a question and tell us what you need. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, tell us the same way and we will respond within 30 days. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics. Fonts and scripts are served from this site, not from a third party.
The fp one software
This policy covers the website only. A practice's use of the fp one software is covered by its own agreement and privacy documentation.
